How it works
- Tell us who it's for — the occasion, their name, your relationship. About three minutes, no account, no payment to start.
- We email you within 24 hours to confirm the details and collect photos, videos, voice notes and anything else you want inside.
- Once payment is confirmed (UPI, cards or net banking), a designer builds it by hand and sends you the private link — the same day if you order before 12 PM IST, otherwise within 24 hours.

- We're in different cities or countries. Does that matter?
- No. A Xenium is a link, so it works anywhere with internet. Pricing stays in INR and international cards work through our payment partner.
- Can I include old photos that aren't great quality?
- Yes. We handle gentle retouching at no extra cost, and older photos often become the most moving part of an anniversary timeline.
- What if something isn't right?
- Revisions are free and unlimited until you love it, or you get a full refund.
